CREAMY CHOCOLATE FUDGE
Ingredients:400g can of sweetened condensed milk
100 grams marshmallows, chopped
250g dark chocolate
250g pecans, chopped.
Method:Place condensed milk and butter in large heavy based saucepan.
Line 2 bar tins with a strip of foil.
Stir condensed milk over medium to low heat until caramel in colour, about 10 minutes.
Add marshmallows, chocolate and nuts, and beat until smooth.
Spread evenly with spatula into tins.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
