Rev up a Rissole

These are variations on the basic 500g of lean beef mince rissoles.  Cook rissoles on a char grill or in a non stick fry-pan.  Just change the rissole to suit the mood by adding in these ingredients.

 



CHILLI BEAN

 1/3 cup taco sauce
1/3 cup red kidney beans
1 tsp chilli powder
1/3 cup extra breadcrumbs


ORIENTAL SPICE

1 tblsp soy sauce
1tsp minced garlic
1tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp five spice powder


ITALIAN

2 tbslp tomato paste
1tsp minced garlic
1tbls chopped basil
2 tbls parmesan cheese

 

CURRY

1/2 cup fruit chutney
2 tsp curry powder

 

SATAY

1/2 cup satay sauce
